Founder, Director & Consultant Psychiatrist, The Wellbeing House.
Dr. Shahid Ali Khan founded The Wellbeing House to provide a facility that was, until now, hard to find in Pakistan: psychiatric care built entirely around ethical practice, clinical honesty, and patient dignity. It is a standard he has carried across his career and built this institute specifically to uphold.
He holds an M.B.B.S. and F.C.P.S. in Psychiatry, with 20 years of experience in the field. He previously served as Head of Department (Psychiatry) at NESCOM Hospital, Islamabad, and as Consultant Psychiatrist at Maroof International Hospital — experience that directly shaped the ethical, standards-driven approach this institute was built on. Today, alongside The Wellbeing House, he also practices at Greenfield Hospital and at the Islamabad Specialist Clinic (F-8 Markaz).
His goal for The Wellbeing House is simple: the most comfortable, judgement-free environment for anyone facing a mental health issue or disorder, delivered to the same standard as any other branch of medicine.
Dr. Shahid Ali Khan leads a coordinated team of psychiatrists and psychologists.
